CANCELLATION POLICY.

All cancellations must be advised in writing. Any cancellation of more than 30 days prior to arrival will be charged a $22 Admin Fee. Reservations cancelled within 30 days of reservation will be charged the first nights stay. Reservations cancelled, amended or altered on arrival or during occupation will be charged for the whole stay. Non arrivals or clients who fail to notify of cancellations will be charged for their whole reservation. Folk festival - no refund.
