CANCELLATION POLICY.

  1. Notification of cancellation of booking 7 days or less prior to booked arrival date incurs a fee equivalent to the first nights stay.

  2. No show without notification - no refund.

  3. Early departure for any reason - no refund, unless the site or cabin can be resold for those dates.

  4. Folk Festival - no refund.
